Real estate investment involves the purchase, ownership, management, rental and/or sale of real estate for profit. Improvement of realty property as part of a real estate investment strategy is generally considered to be a sub-specialty of real estate investing called real estate development.
Both real estate funds and real estate investment trusts (REITs) are used when diversifying a long-term investment portfolio. A real estate fund is a type of mutual fund that primarily focuses on investing in securities offered by public real estate companies.
Property investment is big business, and, if done properly, can quickly become highly lucrative. It involves the purchase of a property, typically one that is still being built (off-plan property), with a view to enhancing it and either selling it on or leasing it out in order to gain a return.

Michael Houghton (Director)
Michael Houghton, a British nationalist, he holds a BA(Hons) in Accounting and Finance from Nottingham Trent University(NTU) United Kingdom. He is also a quantitative analyst, his quantitative skills consolidated while completing his honours Masters programme in "Quantitative risk management" at Virije Universiteit Amsterdam which is built on his expertise in Finance, Econometrics and accounting. The courses he undergone provide tools for analysis and management of portfolio risks relevant in financial management. He has also attended many seminars and conferences on financial management, with special interests in strategic planning, and financial risk management. He was appointed the Director of Olivegate Financial , on 25 July 2019 the position he holds till date.
George Wilfred (Trader/COO)
George Wilfred, a renowned broker, has spent the past 10 years in various positions in online brokerage industry for both Pack trade and Tradestat. A graduate of Economics from the university of Greenwich, George Wilfred...had his first experience in the world of finance and trading as a clerk and floor trader on both the auto trade group and BATS global market. His ability to explore new ideas and opportunities led him to the world of cryptocurrency in 2014, where he has since been building a fascinating career in Olivegate Financial. He has taken up many courses and attended many seminars on Olivegate Financial which stands him out as an exceptional and highly sought trader, he has since been trading for many clients over the years with amazing results.
